Chiefs Bros

The Chiefs got a W!!! It was a worrying performance through the first half in Washington on Sunday, but the Chiefs got things turned around in the second half and came away with an overall encouraging performance against the Footballs. The Bros break down the Chiefs' day on offense and defense, give out a number of game balls, and debate the merits of dancing on the number 21. Bon appetite!

The Kansas City Chiefs pulled out an ugly win over the hapless New York Football Giants on Monday, but didn't do much to alleviate the concerns of the fanbase. The Chiefs Bros discuss their gameday experience at Arrowhead (suck it GEHA) and share some takeaways from the game. The Bros also discuss some moves the Chiefs made before the trade deadline and preview next week's game against the Green Bay Packers. 

Happy Raider Week! The bros recap Sunday's win over the Green Bay Packers. It wasn't always pretty, but it was enough to secure the win. The defense looked like it might be rounding into form, special teams was excellent, and the offense continued to struggle through its mid-season slump. The bros also look forward to the Sunday night showdown with the Raiders of Las Vegas, who have had an up and down season in their own right, and discuss the mosh pit that is the AFC this year. 

"I think I got my swagger back! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!" The Chiefs dominated the Raiders to the tune of 41-14 on Sunday Night. It was the kind of performance that the Chiefs haven't had in a long time: the offense, defense, and special teams all playing well together at the same time. The Raiders looked shell-shocked afterwards, and the rest of the AFC should be feeling nervous as well because the Chiefs might just be back to their Super Bowl form. The Chiefs Bros discuss the game and what it means for the season going forward, give out some game balls, and look forward to Sunday's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.  

The Chiefs Bros return from their extended bye week to recap the most recent win over the Broncos as well as the previous game against the Cowboys. The Chiefs are on a five game win streak and the defense has been playing lights out, but where is the Chiefs offense of old? The Bros discuss this as well as some Russell Wilson slander, game balls, Raiders preview, and more in this special coming-off-the-bye edition of Chiefs Bros. 

The Raiders disrespectfully held their pregame huddle on the Chiefs' logo and then proceeded to take a dirt nap all afternoon as they got blasted into Oblivion to the tune of 48-9. The Raiders continue to suck and the sun continues to rise in the morning. All is as it should be. The Bros are coming off of a short week and so have a shorter podcast this week. What else is there to say about such a lop-sided beatdown? The Bros discuss the most recent iteration of Raider implosion and how much this game tells us about the state of the Chiefs. They also look forward to the biggest game left on the schedule this season when the Chiefs travel to LA to hopefully cement their division lead against the upstart Chargers. Remember kids: you mess with the bull, you get the horns!
